appartamento a Milano

Da tempo amo curiosare nei siti delle agenzie immobiliari svedesi. Fantastic Frank, Alvhem, Stadshem, soltanto per citarne alcune, ogni volta mi sorprendono per la cura che hanno nell’arredare e fotografare le case in vendita. Le immagini sui loro siti offrono spunti e ispirazioni al pari di una rivista di arredamento. Perché non c’è una simile attenzione per gli immobili in vendita anche in Italia?, mi domando puntualmente, ripensando con un po’ di sconforto agli appartamenti che vedevamo io e mio marito quando cercavamo casa. Ecco perché quando oggi mi sono imbattuta in questo spazio in vendita a Milano, vestito dall’interior stylist polacca Agata Dimmich, un sorriso si è immediatamente stampato sulla mia faccia. Utilizzando una base neutra e moderna scaldata dai tessuti e da qualche pezzo vintage, Agata ha creato un ambiente pulito ma molto accogliente. Mi piace tanto. E la vecchia radio nel living… beh, sarebbe davvero perfetta nel mio soggiorno:)

For a long time I love to browse the Swedish real estate agencies websites. Fantastic Frank, Alvhem, Stadshem, to name but a few, always surprised me for their homes for sale. The images on their websites show ideas and inspirations such as an interior magazine. Thinking to apartments saw with my husband when we were looking for our new home, I ask myself why there isn’t such attention in homes for sale in Italy. So today when I came across this space for sale in Milan, styled by the Polish interior stylist Agata Dimmich, a smile arised on my face. Using a neutral and modern base warmed up with textiles and some vintage pieces, Agata has created a clean but very cosy atmosphere. I like it so much. And the old radio in the living room… well, it would be perfect in my apartment:)
