I siti delle agenzie immobiliari svedesi non smettono mai di stupirmi. Questa volta la sorpresa viene dall’agenzia Fastighetsbyrån che ha affidato a tre noti stylist svedesi il compito di vestire uno dei suoi appartamenti in vendita. Ognuno ha utilizzato colori, materiali e arredi diversi, dando allo stesso spazio un volto completamente nuovo. Un’idea a dir poco geniale, vero? Qui di seguito potete vedere le due proposte che mi hanno colpito di più.
The websites of the Swedish real estate agencies amaze me everytime. Today the surprise comes from Fastighetsbyrån whic asked to three Swedish stylists to style one of its apartments for sale. Everyone used different colors, materials and furniture, creating three completely different atmospheres. A brilliant idea, right? Below you can see my two favourite ones.
Lo stile pulito ma, nello stesso tempo, caldo di Tina Hellberg è il mio preferito. In particolare mi piacciono la tenda rosa polvere nella camera da letto (uno splendido tessuto di Pierre Frey) e gli accenti grigi intorno al camino e sulla parete dello studio.
The clean but warm style by Tina Hellberg is my favorite. I especially like the dusty pink curtain in the bedroom (a fab fabric from Pierre Frey) and the grey accents around the fireplace and on the wall in the home office.
Nello styling di Hans Blomquist le pareti dell’appartamento si tingono di grigio, creando un effetto molto intimo ulteriormente scaldato dall’utilizzo di materiali naturali e di pezzi scovati nei mercatini. Uno spazio molto accattivante con tante idee a cui ispirarsi. La mia preferita? Il filo sulla parete del living a cui appendere stampe e foto con le clip.

In the styling by Hans Blomquist the walls are dark grey, creating a very cosy atmosphere further warmed up by the natural materials and the flea market finds. An amazing space. The idea to steal? The wire on the wall of the living room hanging prints and photos with clips.
