When I saw these photos I had a déjà vu. Oh yes, I seemed to have already seen that beautiful “gallery wall” in the living room and those wonderful Boucherouite rugs. And, in fact, I came across this home few time ago. It is the apartment of Karen Maj Kornum, owner of Another Ballroom webshop. A space furnished with a creative eclectic mix that immediately caught my eye. So, I was happy to see new photos and, most of all, to discover that art, ceramics and vintage Moroccan carpets in the home are for sale in Karen shop. A super cool idea, right?

Amsterdam. Un grande loft immerso nel bianco. Una parete con mattoni a vista. Una cucina realizzata con vecchi pavimenti in legno. Mensole a tutta parete piene di arte.  Devo continuare?

Amsterdam. A big white loft. An exposed brick wall. A kitchen made of old wooden floors. Long shelves filled with art. Should I continue? The home of photographer Barbara Iweins is a space full of charm. It’s impossible not to love it.

Design mixed with flea market finds and DIY projects. Where are we? In Denmark, in a student flat. Thinking to the apartments where I lived when I was a student, there is a huge difference.

I saw these pendant lights last year at Salone del Mobile and it was love at first sight. Designed by Marcel Besau and Eve Marguerre for e15, I fell in love with them for their essentiality. Here I really like the idea of combining 5 of them with different dimensions and materials. In short, another lamp on my wishlist.
